Oh my how fast this year is flying by. Today is July 2 already. I am having the time of my life. finding ways to experience something funny, something delicious and something beautiful.

The picture I posted this week for Wordless Wednesday was taken on Sunday, June 28 of the Albert Memorial in Kensington Gardon, London England. My job as a flight attendant gives me the opportunity to travel to places all over the world. For the month of June and July I will be working several trip to London. One of the most beautiful experiences I have is stopping by the local grocery, picking up a delicious salad & some wine to enjoy in the park.

The walk to the park takes me through Kensington, located in West London. Kensington  is renowned for its wealthy neighborhoods and cultural offerings.  Kensington is south of Notting Hill and West of Knightsbridge and is one of London’s most affluent districts. quanta neighborhood. IMG_0341

This week I was able to enjoy the experience of a picnic in the park on Sunday and Wednesday. I can not think of a better way to spend my time in London, especially during the summer months.

Life is so much more enjoyable when I am “livin” every moment. Being totally present with my experiences and surroundings instead of being inside my head letting my thoughts run wild. Twice this week I was able to just be in this amazing Royal Garden. To stop the noise, relax and enjoy the moment. Savor the meal, the sun, the wind, the people and the wine.

Your power lies in taking action. I encourage you to take action on something that inspired you in this post here today.

I am shrinking…..Debi
